A blend of Aglianico, Primitivo, Piedirosso and Coda di Volpe from Montemarano that spends just an evening on skins before being pressed off to vat. Bottled in June with some must from the same vineyard, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle, producing a gentle, just sparkling wine of sunset hue
