Murato means walled. According to the ancient etruscan method, you have to build a wall on top of the skin hat during the fermentation. The label represents their collaborator.


Murato is really pleasant to drink for its low level of astringent. You can feel different hints of fruit. It goes well with different types of sliced cheese.


100% Prugnolo Gentile light red wine fermented in skins for 30 days according to the Etruscan method, making a hat with the skins and walling it.


The company “I Cangianti by Stoppini” was born from the love of the Stoppini brothers, Matteo and Luca, for life in the open air and the pleasure of  drinking natural wine. So it was decided to open this small artisan cellar, taking up the traditions that their grandparents passed on to them.
