I was born here and have always lived here. I like to work wines in the Piedmontese tradition (concrete and wood). Starting from the white earth and minerality from the soil, I try to make mild wines. I like wines that are easy to drink, not banal, possibly elegant, fresh, dynamic and crunchy.
