Anna Martens and Eric Narioo have a small domain on the North face of Mount Etna, an incredible yet challenging place for making wine. Palmento refers to a 250 year old traditional Etnean building.


The wines are made with minimal intervention, natural yeasts, no additives, no fining or filtering. Little or no SO2 is used.


The wine is a pale red colour, almost more a dark rosé, cloudy and has vibrant, floral aromas.
