Collection: Testalonga

Testalonga is a small wine producer based in South Africa that specializes in natural and organic wines. The company was founded by winemaker Craig Hawkins in 2008 and is based in the Swartland region of the Western Cape.

Testalonga's philosophy is to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region while minimizing the use of chemical additives and manipulations in the winemaking process. They use organic and biodynamic farming practices in their vineyards, and their wines are made with minimal intervention, often using native yeasts and little or no added sulfur.

Some of Testalonga's most popular wines include their "Baby Bandito" range, which includes a Chenin Blanc, a skin-contact Chenin Blanc, and a Syrah. The Baby Bandito labels, and the idea of a “series” using different and bright colours, was influenced by street artists. The names of the wines come from expressions that we use as if giving encouragement to a child.

Testalonga wines have gained a following among natural wine enthusiasts and have received praise from wine critics for their unique character and high quality.
