Sa Vingno' is a lively blend of Trebbiano and Sauvignon Blanc from 40-year-old vines rooted in volcanic sandy loam soils near Orvieto. Pressed directly and bottled young, it offers vibrant citrus, wildflower aromas and a refreshing, bone-dry finish that's perfect for warm days and relaxed outdoor dining.
After years working alongside the team at Le Coste, Jacopo Battista founded Ajola in 2012, restoring neglected old vineyards and farming them organically. His low-intervention approach and focus on field blends produce pure, expressive wines that reflect the unique volcanic landscapes of Umbria.
