AMI, also known as Friend, is a project by Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes, who bonded over their love for wine. Paul's background as a sommelier and work with Dynamic Vines in London adds to the excellence of AMI.

This plot of land in Chassey le Camps, only 5km from Bouzeron, aged 45 years, has been bought and cultivated using organic methods by Paul and Willy. Half of the grapes are gently pressed and aged in 6-8 year old barrels for 10 months without being transferred. The other half is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
