AMI, also known as Friend, is a project by Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes, who bonded over their love for wine. Paul's background as a sommelier and work with Dynamic Vines in London adds to the excellence of AMI.

Located between St Chinian and Terraze du Larzac, the grapes for this product are carefully selected. Half of the grape juice is aged in old barrels, while the other half is aged in stainless steel, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
