Pampa Rosa is a delicate Pinot Noir rose made from young vines growing on clay and limestone soils in Ammerschwihr. Pressed directly and rested in tank for a year, it offers vibrant flavours of red berries, blood orange and gentle spice with a beautifully fresh finish.

After changing careers from nursing, Anaïs Fanti returned to her family's vineyards inspired by time spent learning from winemakers in Georgia. Today she farms just 1.5 hectares using organic and biodynamic practices, crafting pure, expressive wines that have quickly established her as one of Alsace's most exciting new talents.
