Andi's main aim is for the wines to be fresh, reviving and for the process to be clean and errorless.
The grapes are hand-picked and left to macerate as whole bunches for 9 months in Tava clay amphorae. They’re then gently pressed using an old basket press and bottled without any fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
