Paski comes from 70-year-old Coda di Volpe vines growing high in the hills of Irpinia. After four days of skin contact, the wine is aged for almost a year in chestnut barrels, creating a beautifully textured orange wine with layers of ripe stone fruit, minerality and remarkable depth.

Founded in 2003, Cantina Giardino has become one of Italy's pioneering natural wine producers, championing old vineyards, native grape varieties and traditional farming. The striking Paski label was created by artist Jonas Mosesson, while the wine itself was originally made for the much-loved trattoria La Catagna, where it remains a firm favourite today.
