Volpe Rosa is made from 75-year-old vines of the rare Coda di Volpe Rossa, grown high in the hills of Irpinia. After two days of skin contact, the wine is aged for 11 months in concrete tanks, producing a bright, elegant rosé with vibrant red cherry, blood orange and subtle spice.
Founded in 2003, Cantina Giardino is renowned for preserving Campania's native grape varieties through traditional, low-intervention winemaking. The label artwork was created by Jonas Mosesson, while Volpe Rosa celebrates an ancient grape once prized for both winemaking and local culinary traditions.
