Nicole is from Narbonne with her southern accent, her laughter and her contagious enthusiasm. John Bojanowski comes from further afield, from the Far West, the land of horses and Bourbon, Kentucky.

Clos du Gravillas is 8 hectares, home to 15 grape varieties on a 300-metre-high plateau of crushed white gravel chips in the Parc Naturel de Haut Languedoc.

The wines might be considered lunar in their minerality, some might even suggest lunatic…but always delicious
