Experience the Durrmann family's incredible wine crafted in their historic Andlau home, surrounded by the breathtaking Vosges mountains near Strasbourg.
Yann has wanted to make a Riesling pét-nat for a long time, but there was never quite enough fruit left after the single-site cuvées. This bottling finally came together using grapes from a neighbouring grower, bringing the idea to life.
A 75/25 blend of Riesling and Pinot Blanc, picked early for bright acidity. Gently pressed, fermented in tank, then bottled mid-ferment to finish in bottle. No disgorgement and nothing added.
