Noctambulle plays on the French word noctambule (night wanderer) and bulle (bubble), hinting at a pét-nat made for late nights and easy drinking. It’s a co-ferment of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, bottled mid-fermentation to keep things lively and fresh. Playful, energetic, and very much in the Durrmann spirit.

Made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then bottled mid-fermentation as a lively pét-nat. Minimal intervention keeps it fresh, playful, and full of energy.
