Phenix consists of 80% Pinot Gris, along with various other white grape varieties from our estate. To develop the unique flavor profile, the grapes undergo a 30-day maceration on the skins and are then aged for 6 months in neutral stainless steel tanks. This process results in an unfiltered wine with no added sulphites, preserving the pure and natural essence of the grapes.

At Domaine Geschickt, Aurélie and Arnaud passionately believe in a hands-off approach in the cellar. They rely on spontaneous fermentations and refrain from making any additions or manipulations, truly letting the wine speak for itself.

Their forward-thinking and meticulous approach in the vineyards translates to incredible natural wines, with impressive mineral depth, length and concentration.
