Taste: Ruby colour and strong wine aroma, with cherries from the base, rose wine and raspberry leaves, citrus peel and coriander adding some spiciness. In the background, you can also find hints of linden flowers.

Sweet red (rose) vermouth, great for simple mixers with gin or dry sparkling wines, however, will stand well also in Americano or Negroni cocktails.

Vermouth made from Blaufränkisch, Merlot and St. Laurent grapes that were de-stemmed, crushed and cryomacerated for 22 hrs. After the spontaneous fermentation, 7 local herbs were added for 2 weeks of maceration. Before bottling, fresh must was added for sweetness and 76% abv brandy to bring up the alcohol to 18% abv. A small dose of sulphites was also added.
