Ull de Llebre, literally 'eye of the hare', is the name they often use in north eastern Spain for lightly vinified Tempranillo.It is therefore not a tradition everywhere in Spain to fill Tempranillo with all kinds of things during the toddler years and dress them in oak outfits, and then later raise them to be aggressive, cumbersome animals.
