Adul'Terre is a skin-contact Gewürztraminer from 25-year-old vines planted on clay and limestone soils in Obernai. Fermented as whole bunches for ten days before resting for nine months in barrels and vats, it is beautifully aromatic with notes of rose, citrus zest and spice, balanced by a delicate bitterness.

After discovering a passion for wine in the Loire Valley, Lambert Spielmann returned to his native Alsace to establish his own estate. Farming by hand using biodynamic principles, he crafts expressive, unfiltered wines with no additions, allowing each vineyard to shine through with purity and character.
