Longarico Rosato is a fresh and vibrant Sicilian rosé made from organically farmed red grapes planted on clay-limestone soils at 350 metres. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for seven months, it has a beautiful balance of acidity and salinity, with fragrant notes of rose petals, jasmine and fresh cherry. Its vivid pink colour is a nod to the character and spirit of the Sicilian landscape. Unfiltered and just 11% ABV, it is wonderfully refreshing and easy to drink.

Longarico is the project of friends Alessandro Viola and Luigi Stalteri, who returned to their native Sicily in 2015 to make wines that express their home. They farm organically on the hills of Mount Alcamo, working with indigenous yeasts and very little sulphur, with no filtration, allowing the wines to retain their natural character and sense of place.
