Peaches is a skin-contact blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Savagnin. After around ten days of maceration, the wine is aged for a year in old barrels and ceramic eggs, creating an elegant orange wine with fragrant jasmine, subtle spice and a beautifully textured finish.

Founded by Tim Webber and Monique Milton in 2016, Manon Farm sits high in the Adelaide Hills, where cool breezes and diverse soils produce vibrant, expressive wines. Farmed using biodynamic principles with nothing added in the cellar, the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, capturing the character of both the vineyard and each vintage.
