Named after a traditional wooden house in Western Georgia, Oda Wines is inspired by Parten Gagua and Olga Gegia's 1933 creation in Samegrelo.
The winery prides itself of farming organically, promoting the preservation of resources, using sustainable soil treatments and encouraging local ecosystems and biodiversity to thrive.
Grapes are harvested from a small family vineyard in the village of Orbeli (Tsageri) in the Lechkhumi region. The wine is fermented naturally in Qvevri without skins for 6 months. Only 1300 bottles produced. The wine is unfiltered.
