No synthetic yeast
No added sulphur (for most of the wines)

The fruit that goes into these wines ais purchased from organic growers in and outside of the Jura region.

Each quirky and colourful label from this range has been painted by artist and illustrator Aya Sato.

The wine is light yellow in colour. The taste of the wine is very juicy, pleasant, tingling, well balanced.
