Ferrando is an unfiltered sparkling rosé made by short skin maceration before undergoing a natural second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a lively, cloudy wine with bright fruit, blood orange and savoury herbal notes, making it a perfect match for good food and great company.

Founded by Roberto Maestri in the early 2000s, Quarticello farms family vineyards in Montecchio Emilia using biodynamic principles. Working with local Lambrusco varieties and traditional bottle fermentation, Roberto crafts expressive wines that capture the character and joy of Emilia-Romagna.
