Neromaestri is a traditional, unfiltered Lambrusco made from a blend of Lambrusco Maestri and Lambrusco Grasparossa. Fermented on its skins for 6–8 days before undergoing a natural second fermentation in the bottle, it is bone dry, earthy and packed with vibrant dark fruit.
Founded by Roberto Maestri in the early 2000s, Quarticello farms family vineyards in Montecchio Emilia using biodynamic principles. His bottle-fermented wines celebrate the authentic traditions of Emilia-Romagna and are made to be enjoyed alongside hearty food and good company.
