Cluricaun White is made entirely from Síria, a traditional Portuguese white grape grown in the Pinhel subregion of Beira Interior. The organically farmed vineyards sit on granite soils mixed with loam and schist, giving the grapes a distinctive sense of place.

After hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using naturally occurring yeasts. The wine then spends eight months resting on its fine lees, followed by a further 18 months in stainless steel. This extended ageing helps develop a fuller, smoother character while keeping the wine fresh and lively.

Bottled without fining or filtration, with only minimal sulphite additions, it offers a lovely balance of ripe fruit, freshness and texture. A versatile white to enjoy on its own or alongside seafood, chicken and vegetable dishes.
