Sete mission is precisely to quench our unending and ever-growing thirst for living, vibrant, fearless wines that speak to the heart and soul of terroir, uniqueness, and passion.

The plants are around 30 years old on average. The wine undergoes a hands-on de-stemming and foot-stomping process, followed by a 4-day skin soak and pressing with a mechanical press. Fermentation takes place in a controlled 18°C environment. After that, the wine is aged in 54L glass demi-johns.
