Amour Vache is a fresh and vibrant red that brings together the fruit and energy of Gamay with the finesse of Pinot Noir, with a touch of Aligoté adding extra freshness. Juicy, light on its feet and full of bright red fruit, it's the kind of wine that disappears rather quickly from the glass.

Vin Noé was founded in 2016 by Californian winemaker Jonathan Purcell, who developed his gentle approach to winemaking while working with producers including Philippe Pacalet. His wines are made with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, with no added sulphur, fining or filtration, allowing the natural character of the fruit to shine.
